The Djibouti and France partnership, involving the Ministry of Higher Education and Research, the Centre for Study and Research of Djibouti (CERD), and the French National Research Institute for Sustainable Development (IRD), aims to conduct critical research on tropical ecosystems in East Africa that are most vulnerable to climate change and human activities.
