Avanti Communications Partners with Q-KON to Launch LEO services in South Africa
According to the press release by Avanti Communications, the global multi-orbit satellite technology provider, the organisation has announced the launch of Low-Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite connectivity services in South Africa. Avanti partnered with Q-KON, a leading satellite engineering enterprise for southern Africa, to deliver seamless LEO connectivity from Eutelsat OneWeb. The new deal will improve business operations nationwide in a unique and challenging connectivity environment.
Avanti and Q-KON are meeting the region’s rising demand for LEO connectivity. This agreement will strengthen Avanti’s multi-orbit solution, enabling the company to provide a blend of LEO and Geostationary Orbit (GEO) services. In addition, Avanti is positioned to identify and deliver the best and most effective solutions for enterprise customers needing more choice, flexibility and resilience.
