8th Africa Space Generation Workshop

The 8th African Space Generation Workshop (AF-SGW), themed “The Future of Africa’s Space Industry: Capacity Building For Sustainable Development,” is a two-day regional workshop which brings together students, young professionals, industry experts and government stakeholders from across the African continent. It provides an unparalleled opportunity for the future leaders of Africa’s space sector to proactively establish strong relationships, exchange ideas and knowledge, and to collaborate on novel ways in which space technology can be utilized for the benefit of Africa.
Our Senior Analyst, Mustapha Iderawumi, along with other high-level stakeholders, is speaking on the Space Business and Entrepreneurship working group, which is dedicated to exploring emerging opportunities for space entrepreneurship in Africa and developing the necessary ecosystem to foster its growth. It aims to identify innovative business models, funding mechanisms, and investment strategies tailored to the unique needs of African space startups.
