KSA and SANSA Discuss Collaborative Efforts to Promote the Space Sector
According to the report released by Kenya Space Agency (KSA), Brigadier Hillary Kipkosgey, the Acting Director General of the Kenya Space Agency (KSA), hosted Mr Humbulani Mudau, the CEO of the South African National Space Agency (SANSA), at the KSA Office in Nairobi.
During the strategic meeting, Brigadier Hillary Kipkosgey and Mr Humbulani Mudau discussed the potential areas of collaboration between Kenya and South Africa in Space Exploration and Utilisation within Africa. They also deliberated on how both nations could actively contribute to fostering the growth of the space sector across the continent and promote socioeconomic values.
Furthermore, both parties agreed on the urgency of establishing a cooperative framework to accelerate collaborative efforts on space-related matters. By discussing ways to foster the growth of the space sector across Africa, both parties demonstrate their aspiration to lead in advancing space technology and innovation within the region.
