SANSA Signs MoU With Human Sciences Research Council

The South African Space Agency (SANSA) has signed an MoU with the Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC), South Africa.
Valanathan Munsami, the SANSA CEO, shared the development on his Twitter account. In the tweet, he said: “SANSA and the Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC) have signed an MoU to collaborate in the following areas: land use mapping, facilities mapping, population density, food security, water security, human settlements and disaster management.”
Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC) is South Africa’s statutory research agency, conducts research that generates critical and independent knowledge relative to all aspects of human and social development. The programmes are on inclusive economic development, human and social capabilities.
