The strategic integration of the OneWeb LEO satellites marks a significant advancement in satellite technology, offering lower latency, faster orbital periods, and higher bandwidth. For Liquid Dataport’s customers, this translates to enhanced performance for various applications, from cloud computing and video conferencing to real-time data analysis and remote sensing. In addition, the integrated OneWeb LEO satellite network allows Liquid Dataport to deliver low-latency satellite services. It introduces a network interconnection that enables service integration across the LEO satellite access and Liquid Dataport core network infrastructure. These services include enterprise access with Internet breakout, providing a versatile and robust solution for diverse business needs.
In addition to the technical benefits, the extended reach of Liquid Dataport will enhance its customers’ experiences, solidifying its position as the preferred one-stop destination for various connectivity and ancillary services. As the coverage of Eutelsat’s OneWeb network continues to grow, Liquid Dataport is strategically preparing to expand its services systematically. This initiative aligns with the increasing need for low-latency primary and backup services in remote areas of the continent, benefiting various businesses across different sectors. This strategic decision anticipates the projected rise in new LEO satellite constellations over the next three years, offering flexible and cost-efficient solutions for entering and expanding markets.
